Dr. Red Hawk is President of the Red Hawk Property Group LLC (Oregon) and the Welliott Investment Group LLC (Pennsylvania). This duo of vertically integrated real estate investment firms operates nationwide, managing active investments across multiple platforms and targeting the acquisition of single-family, multifamily and other opportunistic assets in US growth markets, as well as select markets internationally.

Prior to attending Temple University School of Medicine, Dr. Red Hawk worked in residential construction in the Silicon Valley, collaborating on numerous remodel and new-build projects. Since leaving clinical medicine in 2010, she has focused solely on real estate investments. 

Returning home to the West coast, Dr. Red Hawk utilizes her 15 years of experience acquiring, owning and managing residential properties in addition to many new development projects. Dr. Red Hawk utilizes both syndications and private equity real estate funds in addition to JV partnerships as they allow investors to realize safe, consistent returns. In addition to maintaining an active work schedule she speaks nationally at REIAs and other investment groups as well as offering direct coaching to a small number of students.
