This is a quarterly meeting to discuss the great business of investing in real estate in smaller markets. We are not the city of Portland, but we have abundant real estate opportunities in Linn County and Polk County.  Join Lyle Hatch and others at this meeting to discuss and learn the best practices in investing in real estate.

Our guest speaker will be Mike Simonson, marketing specialist for First American Title in Corvallis.  If you thought title companies were just for closing real estate transactions, boy are you in for a treat!  There are many tools and applications to help in an investors search for properties, obtaining property information, even building farming lists for direct mail campaigns!

Plan on coming out tonight to join in learning, discussion, and networking with your fellow investors.
