Many Times Buying Real Estate  involves displacing a human or humans from the property.  Evictions are often required when buying houses from estates, landlords and foreclosures. Evictions are a big part of investing in real estate.

Marc Friedman has been practicing real estate law for  more than a couple of decades in Eugene and is an experienced law instructor.  We are very fortunate that he has agreed to speak to a bunch of hungry real estate investors in Oregon.
