  • At this event we will discuss:
  • Capital Gains in Real Estate Investing and an important Real Estate Business Tax Law Change. 

New in the tax law is the Opportunity Zones capital gains exemption

Come learn about Opportunity Zones in our community, and how we are managing them. Also learn about Qualified Opportunity Funds. 
And get fully acquainted with creative 1031 Exchange Opportunities and how to manage (would-be) taxable capital gains.
Speakers are Joshua Monge, Director of Economic Development for the Eugene Area Chamber of Commerce, and Erik Parrish, CPA, CMPE, Fractional Chief Financial Officer at Kernutt Stokes.
