What's in the Prelim?

Joe Silence has worked for Evergreen Land Title since June 1994. In his 23 years with Evergreen, Joe has gained experience in all facets of the Title business, from Customer Service to Marketing to Title Examiner, Recorder, to his current position as Manager of the Title Department.  He teaches classes on understanding Preliminary Title Reports, Easements, Bankruptcy and Construction Liens to Realtors, Escrow Council and Lenders. 

Joe was born and raised in Eugene/Springfield and is passionate about serving his community.  From serving as Scout Master to serving on several boards, including Junior Achievement, YMCA Sustaining Membership Drive, to PTA and booster club. The Lions Club has benefited from his service in Madras, Redmond, and Eugene, as he served as the Public Relations Chairman for Sight and Hearing Foundation. He has also gone on four mission trips to Mexico ("M2M").  As for hobbies, Joe likes to fish, hunt and watch his grandkids play sports.
