How City Government Affects Real Estate

Come meet City Councilman, Mike Clark. 
Mike Clark is an advocate for responsible development of Eugene. Come learn how the city council works, what they are working on, and how you can make a difference. 

Learn about UGB (Urban Growth Boundary), ADUs (Accessory Dwelling Units) and plans for new neighborhoods, development and more. 
City council meets at least 3 times per month, and during those meetings are when the council votes on changes in their power. Recent decisions that affect real estate value and neighborhoods are: 
    the allowance of more than 400 high-end single family residences and apartment units to be built in north Eugene off of Delta Highway,
    50 low-income apartment units in downtown Eugene,
    and 22 low-income apartment units in the Santa Clara area of Eugene. 

The Meeting is FREE for Members
