Currently we meet at one of our member's investment property that used to be a church.
On March 14th, we have the distinct honor of hearing from seasoned real estate investors M. E. Riley and Jeff Laramee.
A few decades ago they invested in property and turned it into a Retirement Assistant Living Residence . Then last year, while the getting was getting very good, they sold the property and reinvested. They completed a 1031 Exchange. What did they buy?
Come hear how they did it, how it turned out, and what they learned from the experience.
